The drafting release — and a new coat of ink
- NewReport branding moved into Settings, with eight curated color palettes, a live cover preview, and a contrast guard — whatever colors you pick, cover pages, headings, and highlights stay readable on screen and in print.
- NewDeal tags: label deals ("Dallas", "wholesale", "Q4") right under the deal name, then filter the whole pipeline by tag from the dashboard — search matches tags too.
- NewA Settings page: display name, change your email or password (or set a password on a Google account), see your linked sign-in methods, and rename your workspace.
- NewTeam workspaces went self-serve: on the Team plan, invite up to four teammates by email from the new Team page — they accept from their dashboard and share your whole workspace, live. Sign in with Google or a password; either works.
- NewAI deal intake: paste an MLS blurb or describe a deal, and the worksheet drafts itself — stated facts land solid, estimates land dotted with confidence notes, and nothing saves until you approve it.
- NewReceipt scan on the Costs tab: photograph an invoice and the ledger row drafts itself for your approval.
- NewReport narrative: one button writes the deal story and the honest-risks paragraph around your computed figures — the numbers pass through untouched.
- NewDealValuator installs as an app: add it to your phone’s home screen and it runs full-screen with a bottom tab bar built for thumbs.
- NewBudget templates draft their own schedules — load Full Gut and 17 phased, dependency-chained tasks arrive dated from today.
- NewLump-sum budget mode: ballpark the renovation with one figure (or a preset chip) while you’re deciding; go line-by-line when bids arrive.
- ImprovedThe dashboard became a command center: a "needs you" strip, KPI widgets that filter and sort the pipeline, search, and quick actions on every deal.
- ImprovedA new brand mark (the Ledger Mark), a stronger all-sans type system, and a redesigned marketing site.
- ImprovedEvery project list reorders by drag; the project window minimizes, maximizes, and goes full-screen on phones.
- FixedThe marketing site now fits phones properly — no more sideways scrolling or clipped headlines, down to the smallest screens.
- FixedTooltips are readable in dark mode, and every date field in the app is a proper date picker.
