Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DealValuator, a product of Netlink Technologies, collects and how it is used. Short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don’t sell it, and your deal data is yours.

What we collect

Account data — email address and authentication records. Deal data — the properties, numbers, budgets, schedules, documents, and branding you enter or upload. Usage data — logs, approximate usage counts (for example AI-feature usage against plan limits), and the user-agent of visitors who open a report share link (used to count report views). Billing data, when paid plans launch, is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

How it’s used

To run the service: computing analyses, rendering the reports you share, enforcing plan limits, keeping the service secure, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your deal data for advertising.

Processors we rely on

Your data is processed by infrastructure providers acting on our instructions: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (hosting and delivery). When you use an AI drafting feature, the specific text or image you submit — a pasted listing, a receipt photo, or the computed figures a narrative wraps — is sent to Google’s Gemini API to produce the draft. Do not include sensitive personal information in material you submit to drafting features. Each provider processes data under its own terms and safeguards.

Share links

Reports you share are visible to anyone who has the link, together with whatever deal information the report template includes. Sharing is your choice and your act of publication; you can stop new views by deleting the deal.

Retention and deletion

Deal data persists until you delete it or your account. Deleting a deal removes it from the live service; residual copies in encrypted backups age out on the backup cycle. To delete your account and its data, email support@dealvaluator.com from your account address and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or security reasons.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per organization at the database layer (row-level security), and credentials are hashed by our authentication provider. No system is perfectly secure; keep your password unique, and export anything you cannot afford to lose.

Your choices and rights

You can access and edit your data in the app, export deals and projects at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information by email. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EEA), you may have statutory rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data — we honor such requests regardless of residence. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and the service is not directed to them.
